Billy Casper Golf, the owner-operator of more than 150 golf courses, country clubs and resorts in 28 states, has named Kelly Searight its National Sales Manager.
With over two decades of golf industry experience, Searight will directly oversee group outings, tournaments, banquets and other events at select BCG properties. She will also assist BCG's on-site and regional sales teams with lead generation, qualification and placement of functions sponsored by businesses, charities and groups of all sizes.
As part of the company's revenue culture, Searight assumes a key role in BCG's customer relationship management programs linked to its advanced marketing technology. She will work closely with Steve Simoneaux, BCG's National Director of Sales.
Prior to her new position, Searight was Director of Sales at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, managed by BCG for a decade, where she produced more than $1 million annually in group business.

It also aligns with golf's $3.9 billion annual charitable impact with more than 143,000 events involving 12 million-plus participants raising an average of $26,300 per function, according to the World Golf Foundation.
