Golf Channel takes on Dubsdread in 1-Club Challenge

Dubsdread eighth hole

If you're ever looking to spice up your golf game, may we suggest playing with less than 14 clubs? There are plenty of variations on this idea. Maybe the most common is the 3-club challenge, where players shed 11 clubs and decide which three would best work for them to get around a golf course. It's not easy, but it's fun.

However, Golf Channel took it up a notch, deciding to play the Billy Casper Golf-managed Dubsdread Golf Course in their hometown of Orlando with just one club. One! The rules were simple: two-man teams, with the front nine a modified alternate shot and a scramble on the back nine.

Golf Channel's travel expert, Matt Ginella, went for his 5-iron to get around the Golden Age course. What would you choose?
