“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way,” – American Author John C. Maxwell.
Billy Casper Golf’s Aline Kasliner indeed knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.
Recognized for her incredible leadership in the sports and recreation industry, Aline was recently honored by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) as a 2015-16 inductee into its “VIP Women of the Year Circle.”
With more than 700,000 members and 200-plus operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading organization exclusively for professional women. A BCG team member for just over a year, Aline uses her depth of experience and knowledge to deftly preform responsibilities that include segmentation and digital campaigns, among many others. Her expertise in developing team leadership, time management, problem solving, project management, stakeholder management and consulting is invaluable to the largest, domestic owner-operator of golf courses, country clubs and resorts.
“We are so very proud of Aline,” says Kyle Ragsdale, Chief Marketing Officer for BCG. “Her admirable work ethic and skill set is vital to BCG; it not only drives her team to revenue success, but the company as well.”
“It’s exciting to be part of the first steps in exploring new areas of the industry,” says Aline. “I’m surrounded by a team who inspires me to grow and learn; I’m humbled to receive this amazing award.”
Aline has also been key to increasing BCG’s community outreach. She led the office to donate 50 wreaths to “Wreaths Across America” last year and spearheaded BCG’s participation in the global “Light It Up Blue” campaign for Autism Awareness month in April.
