Player development for us goes well beyond traditional golf lessons and summer camps. 

Growing the game of golf is a core mission of Billy Casper Golf. We believe in giving back to the game, creating new golfers, and increasing participation. 

We create and offer fun and innovative opportunities for new players to learn the game, building life-long golfers along the way.

Our most successful player development innovations include Get Golf Ready and Golf Fore Women - all intended to encourage and enable new golfers to move quickly from the driving range to the first tee.

Our Golf Academies across the nation serve as activity centers for the courses we manage, and we employ the latest teaching techniques and state-of-the-art technologies to reach and help players of all abilities.

BCG is a leader in advancing player development. We actively participate in the industry’s Golf 20/20 initiative, intended to attract twenty thousand new golfers by the year 2020.

We also sponsor the National Golf Course Owner’s Association’s “Get Golf Ready" initiative, and host The First Tee programs at a number of our managed courses.
