Peter M. Hill
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Hill is a co-founder of Billy Casper Golf and has served as our CEO and Chairman since the firm’s inception. He oversees all owned and managed courses, and directs corporate affairs for BCG’s consolidated business operation.

Mr. Hill serves on the Board of Directors of both the National Golf Foundation (NGF) and the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), and is active with the PGA of America, Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), and other industry organizations. He consistently ranks among the golf industry's top executives, and is a featured speaker at numerous conferences. Prior to starting Billy Casper Golf in 1989, Mr. Hill was in the financial advisory business. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Robert C. Morris
Co-Founder and Vice Chairman

Mr. Morris is a co-founder of Billy Casper Golf and has served as our Vice Chairman since the firm’s inception. He is a senior advisor to the executive team and provides direction on strategic partnerships for the firm.

Mr. Morris is an active participant in Golf 20/20 and other industry player development initiatives, and is a sought after expert in the development and management of golf courses worldwide. Prior to starting BCG in 1989, Mr. Morris managed the careers of several golf and tennis touring professionals and championship winners, including company namesake Billy Casper. An accomplished player, he is ranked among the top senior amateur golfers worldwide. Mr. Morris is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
