Mr. Goodrich directs BCG’s business development and national partnerships, and oversees the firm’s execution of golf course development and renovation projects. He began with BCG in 1992 as a General Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Regional Manager, Vice President, and now Senior Vice President. Mr. Goodrich is a member of the PGA of America and a graduate of Ferris State University. |
Bill Rehanek, PGA - Senior Vice President
Mr. Rehanek co-directs the management of BCG's golf courses with overall responsibility for their strategic direction. He also oversees the firm’s agronomic and marketing areas. He joined BCG in 2002 as a Regional Vice President after serving in management roles in the golf course industry. Mr. Rehanek is a member of the PGA of America, a graduate of George Mason University, and holds an MBA from the University of South Florida. |
Joseph D. Livingood - Senior Vice President

Richard L. Katz - Senior Vice President
Mr. Katz directs Buffalo Communications, BCG’s public relations and publicity management division, and serves as spokesman for the firm. He is also the agent to PGA Tour legend and company namesake, Billy Casper. Mr. Katz began with BCG in 1992 as its Vice President of Marketing, after several years in the sports management industry. Mr. Katz is a graduate of George Washington University. |
Alex Elmore - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Elmore directs BCG's financial affairs, including corporate finance and managed facility accounting. He also oversees the firm's information technology and administrative areas. He joined BCG in 1996 as a Regional Manager, then worked in the pharmaceutical sales industry before returning to BCG as the firm's CFO. Mr. Elmore is a graduate of the College of William & Mary. |
Bryan Bielecki, GCSAA - Vice President, Agronomy
Mr. Bielecki directs BCG's agronomic programs, overseeing golf course maintenance nationwide. He began with BCG in 1999 as an Assistant Superintendent before being promoted to Superintendent, Regional Director of Agronomy, and now Vice President of Agronomy. Mr. Bielecki is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and a graduate of the University of Maryland's Institute of Applied Agriculture. |
Tony Cianci, PGA - Vice President, Operations
Mr. Cianci directs the operations of and personnel at BCG golf facilities in the Southeastern and Western U.S. with overall responsibility for their financial performance. He began with BCG in 1999 as a General Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Regional Manager, and now Vice President. Mr. Cianci is a member of the PGA of America, and a graduate of the University of Maryland and Golf Academy of the South. |
Joel Gohlmann - Vice President, Operations
Mr. Gohlmann directs the operations of and personnel at BCG facilities in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. with overall responsibilities for their financial performance. He joined BCG in 2005 as a Regional Manager in Northern Virginia, having previously served in several management roles in the golf industry, and is now Vice President. Mr. Gohlmann is a graduate of Mt. Mercy College. |

Katie Spisak Barongan, SPHR - Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Barongan directs BCG's human resource and personnel matters, overseeing hiring, employee relations, benefits, and employment law nationwide. Prior to joining BCG in 2002, she served in HR roles for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Barongan is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University (Virginia Tech) and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. |
Anthony Scala, CPA - Vice President, Controller
Mr. Scala directs BCG's accounting and accounts payable departments, and oversees the financial statements of the company. Prior to Joining BCG in 2004 as an accountant, he was an auditor with Ernst & Young. Mr. Scala is a graduate of King’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Andy Anderson - Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Anderson co-directs the firm’s acquisition of golf course management and lease agreements, and serves as a primary contact for golf course owners seeking BCG's professional services in the western U.S. Prior to joining BCG in 2010, Mr. Anderson led marketing and business development strategies for a number of firms, including Troon Golf. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Northern Illinois Univeristy and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa.
